Basic Fruit mask
(For all skin types)
A basic fruit mask is as simple as can be, you pick your fruit of choice, depending on what you want it to do, mash it and apply it straight to your face. We don't think it will become any simpler than this
Fruits that are very useful in these simple fruit masks are:
  • Apple
  • Apricot
  • Avocado
  • Banana
  • Grape
  • Mango
  • Melon
  • Nectarine
  • Orange
  • Papaya
  • Peach
  • Pineapple
  • Peach
  • Pear
  • Strawberry
  • Watermelon
These are just to give you an idea, if you look around you will probably find many more fruity options. In some cases you could add a little bit of warmed up extra virgin Olive or organic Honey to enhance the moisturizing and soothing effect on your skin
When you mashed the fruit, spread this gently and equally with your fingertips on your clean face and neck: keep the eye area clear
Now lie down, relax and leave the mask on for 15-20 minutes
Then wash it off with alternately cold and warm water and end with a splash of cold; pat your skin dry with a clean towel. Finally apply a moisturizer, this way you "seal" your skin to keep the water inside
